This Privacy Policy explains how Impressols (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, business tools, and mobile applications — including the game Little Heroes.

By using our services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1. Who we are

Impressols provides software and digital services, including business solutions (for example WhatsApp automation and workplace apps) and consumer games such as Little Heroes.

2. Our services covered by this policy

• Little Heroes — mobile / online co-op game (Google Play and related builds)
• Business mobile apps — for example attendance or workplace tools we publish
• WhatsApp automation / bots — messaging tools we operate for organisations
• impressols.com and related Impressols websites

3. Little Heroes (Google Play / multiplayer game)

3.1 Data Little Heroes may process

• Network / multiplayer connection data — when you Host or Join online, the game connects to our game relay (currently related to game.impressols.com / Impressols game infrastructure) to exchange room codes and gameplay sync messages between players in the same room.
• Technical device information — standard Android / OS information needed to run the app (for example device model, OS version, crash or performance signals if provided by the platform or our store tooling).
• In-game choices — temporary gameplay state (for example room code, avatar, friendly-fire preference). This is used to run the session and is not used to build advertising profiles.

3.2 What Little Heroes does not collect (by design)

• No login account, email, or password inside the game
• No contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access for core play
• No precise GPS / continuous location tracking for Little Heroes
• No sale of personal data to data brokers or ad networks for Little Heroes gameplay

3.3 Why we process this data

• Provide online Host / Join rooms and co-op play
• Keep the service secure and working (abuse prevention, reliability)
• Comply with Google Play and legal requirements
• Improve the game (stability and multiplayer quality)

3.4 Sharing for Little Heroes

• Other players in your room — peers you play with receive the gameplay data needed for multiplayer (positions, actions, room membership). Do not share personal info in chat if you add chat later; treat room codes like a private invite.
• Infrastructure providers — hosting / network providers that run our relay and websites may process connection logs as part of operating servers.
• Google Play — Google may process install, app-integrity, and store analytics under Google’s policies when you install from Play.
• Legal — when required by law or to protect users and Impressols.

3.5 Retention (Little Heroes)

Multiplayer session data is short-lived and used to run active rooms. Server connection logs may be kept briefly for security and operations, then deleted or anonymised according to normal server retention practices. We do not keep a long-term player profile for Little Heroes.

4. Business apps and WhatsApp services

Some Impressols products are for organisations (schools, companies, teams).

4.1 Data we may collect

• Workplace / attendance apps: location (when needed for attendance), device info, and account or profile data your organisation configures.
• WhatsApp bots / automation: messages, phone numbers, and business data you or your organisation provide to the service.

4.2 How we use it

• Provide and improve the purchased / contracted service
• Process HR / business workflows your organisation enables
• Generate reports your organisation requests
• Security, support, and legal compliance

4.3 Sharing

• We do not sell your data
• With your organisation (for workplace / HR features)
• With Meta for WhatsApp Business platform features, where that product is used
• When legally required

5. Websites

When you visit impressols.com, our servers or hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and site reliability. If we use analytics cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.

6. Children and teens

Little Heroes is a teen-oriented co-op game. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child under 13 inconsistently with applicable law, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Parents / guardians: room codes let other people join a match — share codes only with people you trust.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (including encrypted transport such as HTTPS / WSS where applicable) to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data, or to object to processing / withdraw consent where consent is the basis.

Contact [email protected] for requests. For workplace products, your organisation may also control some data as the service customer — we may redirect you to them when appropriate.

9. International processing

Our servers or providers may be located in different countries from where you live. When we transfer information, we take steps appropriate to the service and applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
